- 4 cups chopped roti
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 green chilies, chopped
- 1 cup mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, bell peppers)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
Instructions
- Heat the oil in a large pan over medium heat.
- Add the sliced onion and green chilies; sauté until the onion is translucent.
- Stir in the garlic and mixed vegetables; cook for another 5 minutes.
- Add the chopped roti to the pan and mix well.
- Sprinkle in the turmeric, soy sauce, salt, and black pepper; toss everything together.
- Cook for another 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the roti is heated through.
- Remove from heat, garnish with cilantro, and serve warm.
Notes
- This dish can be customized with your choice of vegetables.
- Feel free to add protein such as chicken or tofu for a heartier meal.
- Leftover roti works perfectly for this stir-fry.
