Description

Delicious strawberry cinnamon rolls topped with cream cheese frosting.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, diced
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tablespoons milk (for frosting)


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
  3. Add butter, milk, and vanilla extract, mixing until combined.
  4. Knead dough on a floured surface and roll it out into a rectangle.
  5. Spread diced strawberries over the dough, then sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon.
  6. Roll the dough tightly and cut into rolls.
  7. Place rolls in a greased baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes.
  8. For frosting, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar together, adding milk until smooth.
  9. Once rolls are cool, drizzle frosting over the top before serving.

Notes

  • For best results, use fresh strawberries.
  • Feel free to add more cinnamon to taste.
  • Leftover rolls can be stored in an airtight container for 2-3 days.
