Delicious strawberry cinnamon rolls topped with cream cheese frosting.

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, diced
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 2 tablespoons milk (for frosting)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
- Add butter, milk, and vanilla extract, mixing until combined.
- Knead dough on a floured surface and roll it out into a rectangle.
- Spread diced strawberries over the dough, then sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon.
- Roll the dough tightly and cut into rolls.
- Place rolls in a greased baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes.
- For frosting, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar together, adding milk until smooth.
- Once rolls are cool, drizzle frosting over the top before serving.
Notes
- For best results, use fresh strawberries.
- Feel free to add more cinnamon to taste.
- Leftover rolls can be stored in an airtight container for 2-3 days.
