Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, cream together the butter and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Mix in the flour and salt until well combined.
- Stir in the vanilla extract.
- Roll the dough into small balls and place them on a baking sheet, flattening them slightly.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden.
- Allow the cookies to cool, then top with fresh strawberries.
