- 1 tablespoon white vinegar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon hot sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon capers, minced
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, white vinegar, and lemon juice.
- Add hot sauce, garlic powder, paprika, cayenne pepper, and black pepper to the bowl.
- Stir in the minced capers.
- Mix until all ingredients are well combined.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.

- This remoulade sauce pairs well with seafood dishes or as a condiment for sandwiches.
