A delicious and flavorful Sweet and Spicy Garlic Steak Pasta recipe that combines tender steak with pasta in a savory sauce.

- 1 lb (450g) steak (sirloin or ribeye), thinly sliced
- 8 oz (225g) pasta (fettuccine or linguine)
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp sriracha or chili garlic sauce (adjust to taste)
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp butter
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley or green onions (for garnish)
- Optional: Red pepper flakes for extra heat
Instructions
- Boil pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
- Season steak slices with salt and pepper. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add 1 tbsp olive oil and sear steak for 1–2 minutes per side until browned. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium. Add butter, remaining olive oil, and garlic. Sauté until fragrant (about 1 minute). Stir in soy sauce, honey, sriracha, and brown sugar. Let it simmer for 2–3 minutes until slightly thickened.
- Return steak to the pan, add cooked pasta, and toss everything to coat in the sauce. Cook for another 1–2 minutes to heat through.
- Sprinkle with chopped parsley or green onions and red pepper flakes if desired. Serve hot!
Notes
- Adjust the level of spiciness by varying the amount of sriracha or chili garlic sauce.
- For a gluten-free option, use gluten-free pasta and soy sauce.
- Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
