- 1 pound green beans, trimmed

- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the sweet potato cubes and green beans.
- Drizzle the olive oil over the vegetables, then sprinkle with garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss until everything is evenly coated.
- Spread the sweet potatoes and green beans in a single layer on a large baking sheet.
- Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the sweet potatoes are tender and slightly caramelized, stirring halfway through.
- Remove from the oven and drizzle with lemon juice. If desired, sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese before serving.
