Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked chickpeas
- 2 cups plain yogurt
- 1 cup onion, finely chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, heat olive oil and sauté onions and garlic until soft.
- Add cooked chickpeas and spices, stirring well.
- In a baking dish, layer the chickpea mixture and yogurt.
- Top with fresh parsley and bake for 30 minutes.
- Serve warm.
Notes
- For a creamier texture, use full-fat yogurt.
- Add lemon juice for additional tanginess.
