A simple and delicious recipe for Thai Peanut Chicken Wraps that combines tender chicken with fresh vegetables and a creamy peanut sauce.

- ½ cup creamy peanut butter
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tbsp honey (or brown sugar)
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1–2 tsp sriracha (optional, for spice)
- ¼ cup warm water (to thin)
- 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 1 cup shredded cabbage or coleslaw mix
- ½ cup red bell pepper, thinly sliced
- ¼ cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 4 large flour tortillas or wraps
Instructions
- Make the peanut sauce: In a bowl, whisk together peanut butter, soy sauce, rice vinegar, lime juice, honey, sesame oil, and sriracha. Add warm water a little at a time until smooth and pourable.
- Prepare filling: In a large bowl, toss shredded chicken with half of the peanut sauce until evenly coated.
- Assemble wraps: Lay a tortilla flat. Add a portion of chicken, carrots, cabbage, bell pepper, and cilantro. Drizzle with extra peanut sauce.
- Wrap & serve: Fold in the sides and roll tightly. Slice in half if desired and serve immediately.
Notes
- Adjust the spiciness of the sauce by varying the amount of sriracha.
- Feel free to add other vegetables like cucumber or avocado for extra flavor.
