- 8 ounces wide rice noodles
- 1 pound beef, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon fish sauce
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 2 green onions, chopped
Instructions
- Soak the rice noodles in warm water for 30 minutes, then drain.
- In a bowl, mix beef with soy sauce, oyster sauce, fish sauce, and sugar.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat and sauté garlic and onion until fragrant.
- Add the marinated beef and cook until browned.
- Stir in the bell pepper and noodles, tossing to combine.
- Add green onions and stir-fry for another 2 minutes.
- Serve hot and enjoy your dish!
