Description

A delicious recipe for Thai wide rice noodles stir-fried with beef and vegetables.


Ingredients

  • 8 ounces wide rice noodles
  • 1 pound beef, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 2 green onions, chopped


Instructions

  1. Soak the rice noodles in warm water for 30 minutes, then drain.
  2. In a bowl, mix beef with soy sauce, oyster sauce, fish sauce, and sugar.
  3. Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat and sauté garlic and onion until fragrant.
  4. Add the marinated beef and cook until browned.
  5. Stir in the bell pepper and noodles, tossing to combine.
  6. Add green onions and stir-fry for another 2 minutes.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy your dish!
