A delicious pasta dish featuring cheesy meatballs and baked mostaccioli.
Ingredients

- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 egg
- 3 cups mostaccioli pasta
- 3 cups marinara sauce
- 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook mostaccioli according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a bowl, mix ground beef, ricotta, mozzarella, Parmesan, parsley, egg, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Form mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
- In a large skillet, brown meatballs on all sides over medium heat.
- In a baking dish, combine cooked mostaccioli with marinara sauce.
- Place meatballs on top of mostaccioli and cover with remaining sauce.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until meatballs are cooked through and cheese is melted.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add crushed red pepper to the meatball mixture.
- Let the dish cool before storing leftovers in the fridge.
