- 1 cup mascarpone cheese
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup crushed ladyfinger cookies
- 1/2 cup brewed espresso, cooled
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a bowl, whip mascarpone cheese, heavy cream, and powdered sugar until fluffy.
- Fold in crushed ladyfingers and espresso until well combined.
- Chill the mixture for at least 30 minutes.
- Once chilled, scoop out small portions and roll them into balls.
- Dust the balls with cocoa powder before serving.
Notes
- Make sure to use cooled espresso to prevent melting the cheese mixture.
- For a more intense flavor, you can add a splash of coffee liqueur to the mix.
