Description

Delicious and easy to make Tiramisu Balls that capture the classic flavors of Tiramisu in a fun, bite-sized dessert.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup mascarpone cheese
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup crushed ladyfinger cookies
  • 1/2 cup brewed espresso, cooled
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whip mascarpone cheese, heavy cream, and powdered sugar until fluffy.
  2. Fold in crushed ladyfingers and espresso until well combined.
  3. Chill the mixture for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Once chilled, scoop out small portions and roll them into balls.
  5. Dust the balls with cocoa powder before serving.
