- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 egg
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups plain yogurt
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix flour, water, egg, and salt to form a dough.
- Roll the dough into tiny balls and drop them into boiling water.
- Cook until the dumplings float to the surface.
- In another bowl, mix yogurt and minced garlic together.
- In a pan, melt butter and add paprika and black pepper.
- Serve the dumplings topped with the yogurt sauce and drizzle with spiced butter.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, use homemade yogurt.
