Description

A rich and decadent twist on traditional cranberry sauce, covered in smooth chocolate.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 12 ounces fresh cranberries
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract


Instructions

  1. In a saucepan over medium heat, combine cranberries, sugar, and water. Cook until cranberries burst and mixture thickens.
  2. Remove from heat and let cool completely.
  3. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine dark chocolate chips and coconut oil. Microwave in 30-second intervals until melted and smooth, stirring in between.
  4. Dip each cranberry in the melted chocolate and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  5. Refrigerate until chocolate is set.
