Description
A rich and decadent twist on traditional cranberry sauce, covered in smooth chocolate.
Ingredients

- 12 ounces fresh cranberries
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a saucepan over medium heat, combine cranberries, sugar, and water. Cook until cranberries burst and mixture thickens.
- Remove from heat and let cool completely.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine dark chocolate chips and coconut oil. Microwave in 30-second intervals until melted and smooth, stirring in between.
- Dip each cranberry in the melted chocolate and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Refrigerate until chocolate is set.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
- This sauce pairs wonderfully with turkey or as a topping for desserts.
