Ingredients

  • 2 large baguettes
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1 tomato, sliced
  • 1 onion, grilled
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon chimichurri sauce


Instructions

  1. Season the flank steak with salt and black pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
