- 2 large baguettes
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1 tomato, sliced
- 1 onion, grilled
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon chimichurri sauce
Instructions
- Season the flank steak with salt and black pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Cook the steak for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until desired doneness.
- Remove the steak and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
- Cut the baguettes in half and layer the sliced steak, avocado, tomato, onion, and chimichurri sauce.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
