Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine ground venison, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and parsley.
- Mix thoroughly until well incorporated.
- Form the mixture into patties of desired size.
- Heat beef drippings in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add the patties and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until browned and cooked through.
