- 2 ribeye steaks
- 2 tablespoons wasabi paste
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix the wasabi paste and soy sauce to create a marinade.
- Rub the marinade over the ribeye steaks and let them sit for 30 minutes.
- Preheat a skillet over medium-high heat and add olive oil.
- Season the steaks with salt and black pepper.
- Cook the steaks for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare.
- Sprinkle sesame seeds on both sides of the steaks in the last minute of cooking.
- Remove from heat and let rest for a few minutes before slicing.
Notes
- For a spicier kick, adjust the amount of wasabi paste.
- Let the steaks rest after cooking for better flavor absorption.
