Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup herb butter
  • 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped

  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C).
  2. Rub the crown roast with salt, pepper, and minced garlic.
  3. Mix the herb butter with rosemary and thyme, then slather it all over the meat.
  4. Place the roast on a rack in a roasting pan.
  5. Roast for approximately 2 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
  6. Let the roast rest for 15-20 minutes before carving.
