- 1 cup herb butter

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C).
- Rub the crown roast with salt, pepper, and minced garlic.
- Mix the herb butter with rosemary and thyme, then slather it all over the meat.
- Place the roast on a rack in a roasting pan.
- Roast for approximately 2 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
- Let the roast rest for 15-20 minutes before carving.
