Description

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup creamy mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon granulated sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds (optional)


Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the finely shredded cabbage, grated carrots, and chopped green onions.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix the mayonnaise, rice vinegar, soy sauce, toasted sesame oil, sugar, garlic powder, and black pepper until creamy.
  3. Drizzle the dressing over the vegetable mixture and toss thoroughly to coat.
  4. If using, sprinkle sesame seeds on top and gently fold them in.
  5. Cover the bowl and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to develop flavors.
  6. Serve cold as a side dish or topping for grilled meats or tacos.
