Instructions

- Add the softened butter and mix until crumbly.
- Mix in milk, eggs, and vanilla until smooth. Pour the batter into the prepared pan.

- Let the cake cool completely before frosting.
- For the frosting, beat the cocoa powder, powdered sugar, heavy cream, and vanilla until smooth.
- Spread the chocolate frosting over the cooled cake. Slice and serve.
