Description

A delightful dessert combining the zesty flavor of yuzu with the sweetness of raspberries.


Ingredients

  • 1 pre-made tart shell
  • 1 cup yuzu juice
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 pinch salt


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together yuzu juice, sugar, and eggs until well combined.
  3. Add melted butter and mix until smooth.
  4. In a separate bowl, toss raspberries with cornstarch and a pinch of salt.
  5. Pour the yuzu mixture into the tart shell and evenly distribute the raspberries on top.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until set.
  7. Allow to cool before serving.
