- 1 pre-made tart shell
- 1 cup yuzu juice
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup fresh raspberries
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 pinch salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together yuzu juice, sugar, and eggs until well combined.
- Add melted butter and mix until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, toss raspberries with cornstarch and a pinch of salt.
- Pour the yuzu mixture into the tart shell and evenly distribute the raspberries on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until set.
- Allow to cool before serving.
