Ingredients

- 1 cup mochiko (glutinous rice flour)
- 1 cup water
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup crushed Oreo cookies
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch (for dusting)
Instructions
- In a microwave-safe bowl, mix mochiko, water, and sugar until smooth.
- Microwave the mixture for 1 minute, then stir.
- Heat for another minute and stir again, then heat for a final minute.
- Fold in the crushed Oreo cookies until evenly distributed.
- Dust a clean surface with cornstarch and transfer the mochi mixture.
- Let it cool slightly, then knead gently and shape into small balls or squares.
- Roll in extra crushed Oreos if desired.
- Serve immediately or store in an airtight container.
