Description

Delicious and chewy Oreo mochi ready in just 15 minutes!


Ingredients

  • 1 cup mochiko (glutinous rice flour)
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup crushed Oreo cookies
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch (for dusting)


Instructions

  1. In a microwave-safe bowl, mix mochiko, water, and sugar until smooth.
  2. Microwave the mixture for 1 minute, then stir.
  3. Heat for another minute and stir again, then heat for a final minute.
  4. Fold in the crushed Oreo cookies until evenly distributed.
  5. Dust a clean surface with cornstarch and transfer the mochi mixture.
  6. Let it cool slightly, then knead gently and shape into small balls or squares.
  7. Roll in extra crushed Oreos if desired.
  8. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container.
