Delicious and quick Lotus Biscoff donuts ready in just 30 minutes, perfect for a sweet treat!
Ingredients

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup Lotus Biscoff spread
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 large egg
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar (for glaze)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a donut pan.
- In a mixing bowl, combine all-purpose flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, mix together Lotus Biscoff spread, milk, egg, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
- Fill the donut pan cavities about 3/4 full with the batter.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow to cool slightly before transferring to a wire rack.
- In a small bowl, mix powdered sugar with a little milk to create a glaze.
- Dunk each donut in the glaze, then let set on the rack.
Notes
- These donuts are best served fresh but can be stored in an airtight container for a couple of days.
- For added flavor, sprinkle crushed Biscoff cookies on top of the glaze.
