Description

Delicious and quick Lotus Biscoff donuts ready in just 30 minutes, perfect for a sweet treat!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup Lotus Biscoff spread
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar (for glaze)


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a donut pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine all-purpose flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, mix together Lotus Biscoff spread, milk, egg, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
  5. Fill the donut pan cavities about 3/4 full with the batter.
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Allow to cool slightly before transferring to a wire rack.
  8. In a small bowl, mix powdered sugar with a little milk to create a glaze.
  9. Dunk each donut in the glaze, then let set on the rack.

Notes

  • These donuts are best served fresh but can be stored in an airtight container for a couple of days.
  • For added flavor, sprinkle crushed Biscoff cookies on top of the glaze.
