Description

A delicious treat combining chocolate, coconut, and almond flavors.


Ingredients

  • 12 Medjool dates, pitted
  • 1 cup shredded coconut
  • 1/2 cup almond butter
  • 12 almonds
  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Slice the dates open lengthwise and fill each with a spoonful of almond butter.
  3. Press one almond into each stuffed date.
  4. Place the stuffed dates on a baking sheet.
  5. Melt the dark chocolate chips and coconut oil together until smooth.
  6. Drizzle the melted chocolate over each stuffed date.
  7. Bake for 10 minutes or until the chocolate is set.
  8. Let cool before serving.

Notes

  • For added crunch, use roasted almonds.
  • Adjust the sweetness by using sweetened or unsweetened coconut.
