Description

A refreshing and unique dessert made with almond milk and coffee, set into a jello form.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon instant coffee granules
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 teaspoons gelatin powder
  • 1/4 cup cold water
  • 1/4 cup hot water


Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, sprinkle gelatin over cold water and let it sit for 5 minutes.
  2. In a saucepan, heat almond milk, instant coffee, and sugar over medium heat until sugar dissolves.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in the gelatin mixture until fully dissolved.
  4. Pour the mixture into a mold and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until set.
  5. Once set, invert the mold to release the jello and serve chilled.

Notes

  • For a stronger coffee flavor, increase the amount of instant coffee.
  • This jello can be served with whipped cream on top.
