Description
A refreshing and unique dessert made with almond milk and coffee, set into a jello form.
Ingredients

- 2 cups almond milk
- 1 tablespoon instant coffee granules
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 teaspoons gelatin powder
- 1/4 cup cold water
- 1/4 cup hot water
Instructions
- In a small bowl, sprinkle gelatin over cold water and let it sit for 5 minutes.
- In a saucepan, heat almond milk, instant coffee, and sugar over medium heat until sugar dissolves.
- Remove from heat and stir in the gelatin mixture until fully dissolved.
- Pour the mixture into a mold and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until set.
- Once set, invert the mold to release the jello and serve chilled.
Notes
- For a stronger coffee flavor, increase the amount of instant coffee.
- This jello can be served with whipped cream on top.
