Description
This anchovy butter spread is perfect for enhancing the flavor of ribeye steak or seafood.
Ingredients

- 2 tablespoons anchovy paste
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine softened butter, anchovy paste, lemon juice, garlic, and parsley.
- Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.
- Season with salt to taste.
- Transfer the mixture to a piece of parchment paper and shape it into a log.
- Refrigerate until firm, at least 1 hour.
- Slice and serve on ribeye steak or seafood as desired.
