Description

This anchovy butter spread is perfect for enhancing the flavor of ribeye steak or seafood.


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 tablespoons anchovy paste
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt to taste


Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine softened butter, anchovy paste, lemon juice, garlic, and parsley.
  2. Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.
  3. Season with salt to taste.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a piece of parchment paper and shape it into a log.
  5. Refrigerate until firm, at least 1 hour.
  6. Slice and serve on ribeye steak or seafood as desired.
