A delicious blend of traditional meatloaf with Asian flavors, this Asian-Inspired Korean Meatloaf offers a unique twist that will satisfy your taste buds.


Ingredients

  • 2 pounds ground beef
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated carrot
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons gochujang (Korean chili paste)
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon minced ginger
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients until well mixed.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a loaf pan, shaping it into a loaf.
  4. Bake for 1 hour or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
  5. Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
