Crispy baked fish sticks made with canned tuna.
Ingredients

- 2 cans tuna, drained
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix together the drained tuna, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
- Form the mixture into fish stick shapes and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.

- These fish sticks can be made ahead of time and frozen before baking.
