Description

Crispy baked fish sticks made with canned tuna.


Ingredients

  • 2 cans tuna, drained
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together the drained tuna, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
  3. Form the mixture into fish stick shapes and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until golden and crispy.
  5. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
