Description

Deliciously moist and fudgy, these Banana Bread Brownies combine the flavors of banana bread and brownies into a delightful treat.


Ingredients

  • 3 ripe bananas
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking pan.
  2. In a bowl, mash the bananas and mix in the melted butter.
  3. Add the sugar, egg, and vanilla extract, mixing well.
  4. In another bowl, combine the flour, cocoa powder, salt, and baking powder.
  5. Gradually incorporate the dry ingredients into the banana mixture.
  6. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  7. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  9. Let cool before cutting into squares.
