- 1 teaspoon onion powder
Instructions
- Prepare the charcoal grill for medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, combine olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Rub the beef chuck flap with the spice mixture.
- Place the beef on the grill and cook for about 6-8 minutes per side for medium-rare.
- Remove from grill and let rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
