Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Trim the beef kidneys and cut them into bite-sized pieces.
- In a bowl, mix the beef kidneys with the tallow, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Thread the kidneys onto skewers.
- Grill the skewers for about 10 minutes, turning occasionally, until cooked through.
- Baste with additional tallow while grilling.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh herbs if desired.
