- 2 pounds beef rib finger meat
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 2 teaspoons onion powder
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
Instructions
- Preheat your BBQ to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, mix together olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, cayenne pepper, and Worcestershire sauce.
- Rub the mixture all over the beef rib finger meat.
- Place the meat on the BBQ grill and cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until nicely charred and cooked through.
- Let the meat rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
- For best flavor, marinate the meat overnight in the spice mixture.
- This recipe works great with a slow cooker as well.
