Description

Delicious and tender beef rib finger meat cooked to perfection on the BBQ.


Ingredients

  • 2 pounds beef rib finger meat
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoons onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce


Instructions

  1. Preheat your BBQ to medium-high heat.
  2. In a bowl, mix together olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, cayenne pepper, and Worcestershire sauce.
  3. Rub the mixture all over the beef rib finger meat.
  4. Place the meat on the BBQ grill and cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until nicely charred and cooked through.
  5. Let the meat rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes

  • For best flavor, marinate the meat overnight in the spice mixture.
