Description

This Beef Seven-Bone Roast is fall-apart tender, making it a perfect dish for family dinners and gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 seven-bone roast
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 2 onions, quartered
  • 3 carrots, chopped
  • 2 celery stalks, chopped


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. Rub the roast with olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
  3. In a large roasting pan, place the quartered onions, carrots, and celery at the bottom.
  4. Place the seasoned roast on top of the vegetables.
