Description

Delicious, spicy jalapeños wrapped in seasoned beef and stuffed with creamy cheese.


Ingredients

  • 10 jalapeños
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the ground beef with garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Cut the jalapeños in half lengthwise and remove the seeds.
  4. In another bowl, combine the cream cheese and shredded cheddar cheese.
  5. Stuff each jalapeño half with the cream cheese mixture.
  6. Wrap each stuffed jalapeño with a portion of the seasoned ground beef, securing it in place.
  7. Place the wrapped jalapeños on a baking sheet.
  8. Bake for about 25-30 minutes until the beef is cooked and the jalapeños are tender.

Notes

  • Adjust the spice level by leaving some seeds in the jalapeños.
