- 10 jalapeños
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix the ground beef with garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Cut the jalapeños in half lengthwise and remove the seeds.
- In another bowl, combine the cream cheese and shredded cheddar cheese.
- Stuff each jalapeño half with the cream cheese mixture.
- Wrap each stuffed jalapeño with a portion of the seasoned ground beef, securing it in place.
- Place the wrapped jalapeños on a baking sheet.
- Bake for about 25-30 minutes until the beef is cooked and the jalapeños are tender.
Notes
- Adjust the spice level by leaving some seeds in the jalapeños.
- These can be grilled for an added smoky flavor.
