Description

Crispy and delicious beet crackers that make a perfect snack or appetizer.


Ingredients

  • 2 medium beets, peeled and chopped
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup flaxseed meal
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a food processor, blend the chopped beets until smooth.
  3. Add the almond flour, flaxseed meal, salt, garlic powder, black pepper, and olive oil to the beets and mix until combined.
  4. Spread the mixture on a parchment-lined baking sheet, about 1/8 inch thick.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until crispy.
  6. Let cool and then break into pieces.
