Ingredients

- 2 medium beets, peeled and chopped
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup flaxseed meal
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a food processor, blend the chopped beets until smooth.
- Add the almond flour, flaxseed meal, salt, garlic powder, black pepper, and olive oil to the beets and mix until combined.
- Spread the mixture on a parchment-lined baking sheet, about 1/8 inch thick.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until crispy.
- Let cool and then break into pieces.

- Store in an airtight container for up to a week.
- Great for pairing with hummus or dips.
