Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Unroll the phyllo dough and cut into squares.
- Brush each square with melted butter and layer several squares together.
- Place the brie in the center and top with honey, nuts, rosemary, and dried fruit.
- Wrap the phyllo dough around the brie, sealing it completely.
- Brush the top with additional melted butter.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
