Ingredients

  • 1 cup lemon curd


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, corn starch, lavender, lemon zest, and salt.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until combined.
  6. Roll the dough into balls and place them on the prepared baking sheets.
  7. Make an indentation in the center of each cookie using your thumb.
  8. Fill each indentation with lemon curd.
