Delicious and authentic matcha bites inspired by my Japanese grandma’s secret recipe.
Ingredients

- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup matcha powder
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine almond flour, matcha powder, and salt.
- Melt coconut oil and mix with honey and vanilla extract.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients until smooth.
- Fold in chopped walnuts if using.
- Form the mixture into small bites and place on a baking sheet.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set.
Notes
- These matcha bites are best served chilled.
- Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less honey as desired.
