Description

Delicious and authentic matcha bites inspired by my Japanese grandma’s secret recipe.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup matcha powder
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts (optional)


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine almond flour, matcha powder, and salt.
  2. Melt coconut oil and mix with honey and vanilla extract.
  3. Combine wet and dry ingredients until smooth.
  4. Fold in chopped walnuts if using.
  5. Form the mixture into small bites and place on a baking sheet.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set.

Notes

  • These matcha bites are best served chilled.
  • Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less honey as desired.
