- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 cups cooked macaroni
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup special sauce (thousand island dressing)
- 1/4 cup diced pickles
- 1/2 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 tomato, diced
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef, then drain excess fat.
- Stir in onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
- In a large bowl, combine the beef mixture, cooked macaroni, cheddar cheese, special sauce, and pickles.
- Transfer mixture to a greased baking dish.
- Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes until heated through and bubbly.
- Top with lettuce and tomatoes before serving.
