Description

This Big Mac Casserole is a delicious and easy twist on the classic Big Mac, perfect for a weeknight dinner.


Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 cups cooked macaroni
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup special sauce (thousand island dressing)
  • 1/4 cup diced pickles
  • 1/2 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 tomato, diced


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, brown the ground beef, then drain excess fat.
  3. Stir in onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  4. In a large bowl, combine the beef mixture, cooked macaroni, cheddar cheese, special sauce, and pickles.
  5. Transfer mixture to a greased baking dish.
  6. Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes until heated through and bubbly.
  7. Top with lettuce and tomatoes before serving.
