- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon milk
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking pan.
- In a saucepan, melt the butter and stir in the sugar until combined.
- Remove from heat and mix in the eggs and vanilla.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa, salt, and baking powder.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the butter mixture and stir until just combined.
- Spread the batter evenly in the prepared baking pan.
- Bake for about 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out with a few moist crumbs.
- For the frosting, beat together the peanut butter, powdered sugar, milk, and sea salt until smooth.
- Spread the frosting over the cooled brownies and cut into squares.
Notes
- Make sure the brownies are completely cool before adding the frosting.
- For an extra touch, sprinkle some chopped peanuts on top of the frosting.
