- 1 1/2 cups chocolate cookie crumbs
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 2 cups cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup cherry pie filling
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C).
- In a bowl, combine chocolate cookie crumbs and melted butter, then press into the bottom of a springform pan.
- In a mixer, beat cream cheese, then add sugar and vanilla until smooth.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Fold in sour cream.
- Pour filling over the crust and smooth the top.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes or until set in the center.
- Let cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
- Before serving, top with heavy cream and cherry pie filling.
