Description

Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil


Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mix paprika, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Rub the seasoning mixture on both sides of the Mahi Mahi fillets.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
