- 2 Mahi Mahi fillets
- 2 tablespoons paprika
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix paprika, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, salt, and black pepper.
- Rub the seasoning mixture on both sides of the Mahi Mahi fillets.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the fillets and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side or until blackened and cooked through.
- Remove from skillet and let rest before serving.
