Ingredients

- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup blue sprinkles
- 1/4 cup crushed nuts (optional)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate chips in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
- Add the cream cheese and vanilla extract to the melted chocolate and mix until well combined.
- Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes, until firm.
- Once chilled, scoop out small portions and roll into balls.
- Roll each ball in blue sprinkles to coat.
- Place the truffles on a baking sheet and refrigerate until set.
- Serve chilled and enjoy!
