Instructions

- In another bowl, mix the oil, buttermilk, eggs, and vanilla extract.
- Slowly blend the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients.
- Add baking soda, vinegar, and blue food coloring; mix until combined.
- Pour the batter evenly into the prepared cake pans.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let the cakes cool completely in the pans before removing.
- Frost with cream cheese frosting once cooled.
