- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/2 cup dried blueberries
- 1/4 cup shredded coconut
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine oats, almond butter, honey, dried blueberries, shredded coconut, vanilla extract, and salt.
- Mix until well combined.
- Using your hands, roll the mixture into small balls.
- Refrigerate for 30 minutes to set.
- Serve chilled and enjoy!
