Delicious homemade chocolates filled with blueberry buttercream, perfect for gifting or enjoying yourself!
Ingredients

- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 8 ounces milk chocolate, chopped
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
Instructions
- In a blender, puree the blueberries until smooth.
- In a bowl, mix the butter and blueberry puree until combined.
- Gradually add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract to form a buttercream.
- Chill the buttercream in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- In a saucepan, heat heavy cream until simmering, then remove from heat.
- Stir in the chopped chocolate until melted and smooth.
- Pour a small amount of chocolate into each mold, coating the sides.
- Fill with blueberry buttercream and top with more chocolate.
- Refrigerate until set, then pop them out of the molds.
Notes
- Make sure the chocolate is tempered properly for a nice shine.
- Using dried blueberries can intensify the flavor, if desired.
