A delicious tart featuring a rich chocolate ganache topped with fresh blueberries.

- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- ¼ cup granulated sugar
- 8 ounces bittersweet chocolate, chopped
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 cups fresh blueberries
- 1 tablespoon powdered sugar (for dusting)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press mixture into the bottom of a tart pan.
- Bake for 10 minutes, then remove from oven and let it cool.
- In a saucepan, heat the heavy cream until it just begins to simmer.
- Pour the cream over the chopped chocolate and let it sit for 5 minutes. Stir until smooth.
- Pour the ganache into the cooled tart shell and spread evenly.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set.
- Top with fresh blueberries before serving and dust with powdered sugar.
Notes
- For a more intense chocolate flavor, use high-quality dark chocolate.
- Serve chilled for the best texture.
