Description

A delicious tart featuring a rich chocolate ganache topped with fresh blueberries.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 8 ounces bittersweet chocolate, chopped
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cups fresh blueberries
  • 1 tablespoon powdered sugar (for dusting)


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press mixture into the bottom of a tart pan.
  3. Bake for 10 minutes, then remove from oven and let it cool.
  4. In a saucepan, heat the heavy cream until it just begins to simmer.
  5. Pour the cream over the chopped chocolate and let it sit for 5 minutes. Stir until smooth.
  6. Pour the ganache into the cooled tart shell and spread evenly.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set.
  8. Top with fresh blueberries before serving and dust with powdered sugar.

Notes

  • For a more intense chocolate flavor, use high-quality dark chocolate.
