Ingredients

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup coconut sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup almond milk
- 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
- 1 tablespoon dried lavender
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a madeleine pan.
- In a bowl, mix the all-purpose flour, almond flour, coconut sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- Whisk together the almond milk and melted coconut oil.
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients until just blended. Fold in the dried lavender and blueberries.
- Spoon the batter into the madeleine pan and bake for 10-12 minutes until golden.
- Let cool before removing from the pan.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
- For a stronger lavender flavor, steep the dried lavender in warm almond milk before adding it to the batter.
