Ingredients

- 500 grams all-purpose flour
- 100 grams granulated sugar
- 10 grams salt
- 4 grams active dry yeast
- 3 large eggs
- 200 ml whole milk
- 50 grams unsalted butter
- 250 ml pastry cream
- vegetable oil for frying
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, salt, and yeast.
- Add eggs and milk, and mix until smooth.
- Knead the dough until elastic, then let it rise for 1 hour.
- Roll out the dough and cut circles to form doughnuts.
- Let the doughnuts rise again for 30 minutes.
- Heat the oil and fry the doughnuts until golden brown.
- Allow to cool, then fill with pastry cream.
- Dust with powdered sugar before serving.

- Adjust frying temperature to ensure even cooking.
- You can use creme patissiere for filling.
