- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add the eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition, then stir in the vanilla.
- In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until combined.
- Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden.
- Let cool completely.
- To make the filling, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form and gradually add the powdered sugar.
- Spread the filling between two cookies and drizzle melted chocolate on top.
