Ingredients

- 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried basil

- 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes

- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix together olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
- Add oregano, basil, garlic powder, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper.
- Whisk until all ingredients are well combined.
- Pour into a serving dish and let sit for at least 30 minutes for flavors to meld.
- Serve with fresh bread for dipping.
